Bollywood stars who caught the special screening of Vikramaditya Motwane's Lootera over the weekend were all praises for Sonakshi Sinha's performance in the film.

Filmmaker Karan Johar tweeted: 'Saw the superbly crafted and performed #LOOTERA...@sonakshisinha is a revelation!!! All accolades for vikram...team Phantom and team Balaji!'

The actress herself seemed excited about all the feedback she got for the film as she tweeted: 'Just saw Lootera, truly a labour of love. Tonight I sleep like a baby :)'

The 26-year-old actress, who plays a Bengali girl in the period film opposite Ranveer Singh, will be romancing Imran Khan in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. 

Lootera opens in theatres on July 5.

Actress Bipasha Basu is busy shooting action sequences for Vikram Bhatt's Creature 3D in Ooty.

She shared a picture of herself with co-star Imran Abbas and tweeted: 'Me n @ImranAbbas on set! Having a bit of fun while shooting intense action sequence!' 

Basu also tweeted about beign under the weather, 'Down with fever, cold n cough! Tough to shoot in the cold specially the action seq! Its a very cold day today in ooty!' she added with another picture. 

Shah Rukh Khan remembered his late mother Lateef Fatima Khan on her birth anniversary today.

He tweeted: 'My mom's birthday today. Said a prayer upon a star. Decorated her grave. Put on Billy Joel.The day feels mellow & beautiful...just like her.'

Farah Khan is busy finalising songs for her upcoming film Happy New Year, starring Shah Rukh Khan.

The director-choreographer shared a picture of her with music-composer Shekhar Ravjiani and lyricist Irshad Kamil and tweeted: 'Chalo 1 more song locked 4 Happy new year!n thn the traditional lunch at royal china.thank u @5hekhar n @irshad_kamil'
