Gossip Girl star Blake Lively topped the 'Most Desirable Woman' list, according to a recent poll.

Lively landed the top spot in the poll by AskMen.com, reports News.com.au.

Black Swan's Mila Kunis came in second.

Guess the 7,000-dollar facial that she got for the Golden Globes really worked.

The actress, who missed the Globe award for Best Supporting Actress for Black Swan, splurged on the facial that contained rubies and diamonds to look her best.

At third place is Colombian-born actress Sofia Vergara, who looks so stunning that she is often mistaken for her son's girlfriend.

The 37-year-old, who plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett in US sitcom Modern Family, revealed that she loves it when people see her as being young enough to be her son's girlfriend, though she says her 18-year-old son Manolo finds it more embarrassing than funny.

'I love it, he hates it. He's like, 'Blech',' the Daily Telegraph quoted her as revealing.
