Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston is set to go topless in a raunchy film that will also star actor Colin Farrell.
Aniston, 41, who has previously only appeared partially nude in a blurred scene in 2007 film The Break-Up, plays a sex-obsessed, kinky dentist who even breaks a nail during a sex act opposite Farrell, 34.
Her role in movie Horrible Bosses is said to be a 'total departure' from her usual romantic comedy characters.
'It was worked out before she signed her contract, so she's committed,' the Sun quoted a source as saying.
The film is due to be released next year.
Jenny McCarthy to replace Oprah?

American actress and former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy may replace Oprah Winfrey after her popular talk-show goes off air at the end of its 25th season in 2011.
According to reports, Mc Carthy has made a development deal with Winfrey's Harpo Productions.
'We do not have anyone taking over for Oprah,' the New York Post quoted a Harpo spokeswoman as saying.
'We do have a development deal with Jenny McCarthy. We are exploring possibilities across a number of platforms,' she added.
Oprah is launching her own network and might want McCarthy's talk show on her schedule.

Liz Hurley, Arun Nayar to buy haveli in Rajasthan

Elizabeth Hurley has revealed that she and husband Arun Nayar are thinking of buying a haveli in Rajasthan, India.
The model-turned actress said that because her father was in the British Army, her family moved a lot in her youth.
'I've moved every two or three years of my adult life. I love moving. I love new houses. I'm always looking for somewhere else,' the Independent quoted her as saying.
And now, she has set her eyes on a haveli in Rajasthan, where she tied the knot with Nayar.
'It's a haveli, a town villa, in the middle of the tiger sanctuary. It's incredibly beautiful, and so peaceful you feel you could tap back into your creativity and do some real fashion designing,' she said.
