Amy Winehouse's ex-hubby won't get a penny from her fortune

Amy Winehouse had completed all the legal formalities to ensure that her former husband Blake Fielder-Civil does not get a penny from her fortune following their divorce in 2009.

Her fortune was estimated at 6 million pounds in the Sunday Times Rich List of April, but is now said to surpass 10 million pounds and growing. Her acclaimed album Back To Black topped the iTunes charts in 17 countries on Monday, including the UK and the US, and is expected to top the official UK charts this week.

Legal experts said Winehouse's wealth would be divided among her immediate family, including her mother Janis, who is suffering from multiple sclerosis, father Mitch and older brother Alex.

A source told the Daily Mail on Monday night that Winehouse had put her affairs in order following her tumultuous two-year marriage to Fielder-Civil, 29, who is currently in prison.

She wrote the majority of Back To Black about their stormy romance and the friend said: 'Around the time of the divorce, all of Amy's finances were sorted out -- and Blake can't get his hands on any of it. I am pretty sure that Amy does have a will. As a matter of course with record contracts, financial advisors will make sure that is done.'

Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 32 months in jail last month for burglary and possession of an imitation firearm. His mother Georgette said: 'He's devastated and profiting from Amy's death would be the last thing on his mind.'

Pop star Jennifer Lopez has demanded $21million to continue as a judge on the American Idol.

The 42-year-old singer, who recently broke up with her husband Marc Anthony, gave the show's bosses a tough time last week after it was learnt that she would not make a comeback to the hit series.

However, the executives claimed that the star has returned to the negotiating table -- and admitted they were confident she would return.

'We're in good shape. No worries. No dark clouds on the horizon,' the Sun quoted show boss Cecile Frot-Coutaz as saying.

However, the negotiation will cost the bosses a big sum as sources now have suggested that Lopez has claimed an equal amount to what Simon Cowell had been earning when he was a judge on the Fox TV show -- $21 million.

Lopez received $8 million, nearly three times less than Cowell, last time.

Pop singer Mariah Carey has revealed that she struggled to enjoy her pregnancy when she was expecting twins, insisting it was a "really difficult" and "bleak" time.

Carey, 41, who gave birth to son Moroccan and daughter Monroe on April 30, her third wedding anniversary to husband Nick Cannon, claims she was in discomfort, because the nine-month pregnancy wreaked havoc on her body.

'I was so uncomfortable. I'm kind of proud of myself. I really am -- sorry, (being) pregnant with twins is different than anything!' Contactmusic quoted her as saying on US cable channel Home Shopping Network.

'People were always saying to me, 'Oh, but it's all worth it!' Yeah, but it's easy to say when you're not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into, like, a really difficult time. My body went through so much. Holding those twins in -- you have to keep them in as long as possible. It's a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant,' she stated.
