Guess how much Christian Bale has been offered to return as Batman!

Christian Bale is set to be offered a whopping 40 million pounds to reprise his role as Batman in the upcoming movie, Superman vs Batman, according to reports.

Bale, who had hung his mask after playing the Dark Knight in the mega-successful film trilogy, is said to be under a lot of pressure from the film bosses to return as the caped crusader for the last time, the Daily Star reported.

The executives are eager to cast the 39-year-old actor alongside Henry Cavill in the upcoming superhero movie.

Adele to play villain in The Secret Service

Adele is set to play a villain in the upcoming comic book adaptation flick The Secret Service, according to reports.

According to the Sun, the Academy award winning singer would be joining Colin Firth and Michael Caine in the upcoming spy movie directed by Matthew Vaughn, the New York Daily News reported.

A source said that Adele is exactly what Vaughn is looking for, as he wants highest-profile names in various fields to boost the film’s cause in order to turn it into a mega-money franchise.

Based on the comic by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, the film is said to star celebs like David Beckham and Elton John, and set to hit the screens in November 2014.

George Lucas and wife welcome baby daughter

Star Wars creator George Lucas and his wife Mellody Hobson are now proud parents of a baby girl Everest Hobson Lucas.

Lucas confirmed the news of the birth of their daughter to CBS News, who was born through surrogate on August 9.

Everest is the first biological child for Hobson and Lucas, and sister to the couple’s three adopted children.

The 69-year-old director and Hobson tied the knot on June 22 at the Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, California, in the presence of several celebrity guests.
