The actress and her Karthik Calling Karthik co-star Farhan Akhtar came on the show to plug their film, which releases on February 26.
Both the stars seemed to enjoy themselves. Farhan grooved to the song Rock on while Deepika danced to Tumko paaya hai sung by contestants Shreya and Aneek.
The show will be telecast on February 20 at 9.30 pm, on Star Plus.
Sudeep returns

British singer Leona Lewis looked stunning as she arrived at the 30th Brit Awards ceremony at Earl's Court in London on Tuesday.
But it was pop singer Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, who stole the show by scoring a hat-trick, winning three prizes including best international female and breakthrough act.
Gaga, 23, who arrived at the London ceremony wearing a three-tiered white dress and a tall white wig, also won best international album for The Fame.
She was in tears when it was announced that she had won her third award, for best international album. 'I was really excited to win the first two awards. This award means even more to me because I worked so hard on this album for so long,' the BBC quoted her as saying.
The star also collected the award for best British female, her first Brit accolade.
