Bollywood cheers Formula One

Bollywood was present in generous doses at the first Indian Formula One Grand Prix at Greater Noida on Sunday, and from the looks of it, all of them had a blast.

'F1 in india!Awesome! Super Super Super! Thank you Sahara Force India!' Bipasha Basu tweeted with a picture (left) of herself with friend Binal Shah.

Riteish Deshmukh was thrilled to watch the race live: 'Thrilled to witness India become a part of the global phenomenon called FORMULA 1 .D Venue n d entire event was truly international. my ears r still buzzing d sound of the roaring engines. Congrats Jaypee group.'

Preity Zinta also attended the race. 'Driving to the Formula 1 Race ! So excited .... Cannot believe the crazy traffic & how hot it is ! Bring on the speed boyz.. We are ready !' she tweeted.

Amitabh Bachchan felt proud of India. 'How rapidly we embrace change .. F1 thunders past in great glory .. Well done INDIA !!! Everything went off smoothly,' he wrote.

One of the attractions at the race was Shah Rukh Khan. 'long flt great sleep.got pleasantly hit by the delhi winter start. refreshed..reloaded..ready to enjoy F.One & Ra.One in my hometown i am ON,' Shah Rukh updated before attending the event.

Raima Sen wrote: 'Enroute #F1 ....can feel the excitement on the roads..90000 people expected..that many cars and that much traffic.phew'

Minissha Lamba felt proud. 'Touchdown in delhi! Its amazing how a few ppl have made d whole nation proud. Go Sahara Force India!! Let's win it on home ground :)' she tweeted.

Shilpa Shetty makes a comeback

Bollywood's hottest item girl Shilpa Shetty  is all set to sizzle once again in Romy Shay and Mumbai Rogue's song called Bollywood star.

The actress shared the video as she tweeted: 'Hey Tweetos check out the song I just shot for ROMY SHAY, Do lemme know what u think;)only 4 u.'

Director Madhur Bhandarkar clarified that he isn't making a remake of Aashiqui but is planning a sequel to Fashion
'Let me clarify i am not making AASHIQUI remake. FASHION 2 is under consideration for 2012 end but nothing as been finalised yet !' he updated.

The shooting for his troubled project Heroine will start from the end of November. 'HEROINE principal photography to commence from End Nov, #kareenakapoor @rampalarjun !' he added.

Shirish Kunder clarified that his film Joker will not clash with Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger. 'Joker release date confirmed, to arrive on 30th August, 2012. JOKER is releasing 2 weeks after EK THA TIGER. Don't worry, not clashing, would never do that,' he tweeted.

Meanwhile, Kunal Kohli will be shooting again with Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor for his untitled film. 'Starting shooting again this month for my film with @priyankachopra & @shahidkapoor. Looking forward to it,' he wrote.

Sonakshi Sinha is feeling proud of her daddy Shatrughan Sinha. The actor will soon be delivering a speech at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly on the ill-effects of consuming tobacco products.

'Shotgun Sr. is on his way to address the UN General Assembly! papa kehte hai bada naam karega! im a proud daughter aaj and always!,' she tweeted.
