Bollywood came in full support for actor/director Ben Affleck and his film Argo which received a snub at this year's Oscars nominations.

The film won the Best Director and Best Motion Picture (Drama) award at the Golden Globes.

Bollywood stars turned to Twitter and congratulated filmmaker Sanjay Gupta and his wife Anuradha who became proud parents of a baby girl.  The couple earlier have a son Shivansh.

Ayesha Takia's sister Natasha married Joakim Lindstroem a Swedish national on January 11.

The actress shared a picture with Natasha and tweeted: 'Me, my sis nats @MrsLindstroem n mom @takiafaridah #love.' 

She shared picture of her and her husband with the newly-wed couple and added: 'Blessed day! We r soo happy for the amazing couple<3'

Shilpa Shetty is attending the Maha Kumbh Mela with her parents in Allahabad on the occasion of Makar Sankranti today. 

'En route 2 the KUMBH MELA,Allahabad.With my parents,thanks 2 dearest Gopi(Hinduja) uncle,who made my moms dream possible. Will be taking a dip..hope its not too cold. Brrrrrrrr!!' she tweeted.

Upon arrival, the actress added: 'Landed at last..God is great! Heading to the Triveni in the Holy Ganges:) :) Here I come,soooo excited!'

The Mela, held every 12 years, will carry on for next two months and will conclude on Maha Shivaratri on March 10.
