Amitabh Bachchan once again denied the news about his presence at today's match. 'All asking if I am going to Mohali for the match .. no I am not I am working ... and neither is Abhishek going ..' he wrote.

Meanwhile, Madhur Bhandarkar is also off to Mohali. 'Off to Mohali to support Team India. My heartily wishes for th men in blue. We will win today :) - Vande Matram,' he tweeted.

Director Anurag Basu had an excited update: 'I'm going to MOHALI...la la la lala la..'

Vivek Oberoi gave a detailed report on Mohali's atmosphere. He tweeted: 'Just landed in mohali----i've never seen so many aircrafts waiting to land on one small airstrip!!! INDIA all the wayyyyyyy!!!  The excitement and mania around this match is incredible! Thank god the weather has cleared up---it's a bright and sunny day in Mohali! Cars full of indian fans, wearing blue t-shirts screaming &cheering for india! The energy on the roads is mad!

Dino Morea is also headed to Mohali. 'Am off to Mohali in the morn, can't wait to be amidst the mad energy, and its pouring in Mohali. What strategy now I wonder,' he tweeted.

Salman Khan's missing the match but sister Arpita and brother Arbaaz are already in Mohali. 'Bhai's not coming to the stadium. In Mohali just left for the ground.. So excited. Come on India come on Yuvi !' she wrote.

Mandira Bedi, who caught up with ex-cricket player, Imran Khan tweeted: 'Imran Khan suggestd sleeping pills for a good nights sleep for the players. What about us.. the poor unsuspectng fans.. lovers of the game?!'

Kunal Kapoor, who also got a chance to interact with the Khan, said. 'Had a chance to hve a chat with the legendary Imran Khan about the Indo Pak rivalry a couple of weeks back.. Riya Sen didn't seem to be very happy with stars talking about their presence at the World Cup: 'Only 'WANNABES' would hire publicists to proclaim there whereabouts in the stands duriNg the WORLD CUP ! I mean who cares ?'

Shabana Azmi ridiculed the excitement around the match. 'it is disgusting to posit dis match as a war rather than a sport in which the mantra must b play the game n let d best team win,' she wrote to a fan.
