Pakistani actress Veena Malik has courted yet another controversy.

After her photograph appeared on FHM magazine's latest cover, Veena has sent a legal notice to the magazine, alleging that the publication breached its contract with her and sought Rs 10 crores (Rs 100 million) in damages.

The notice Veena's lawyer has sent the magazine states the contract clearly mentioned that she would not pose nude and that the nude pictures are morphed.

The notice accuses FHM
Editor Kabeer Sharma for allegedly wrongfully convincing the actress that writing ISI on her body for the magazine cover shoot won't be controversial and would, in fact, be an image booster.

The notice has instructed the magazine to 'cease and desist from continuing with the publication and circulation of our client's nude photo images in the issue of your magazine FHM December 2011' and 'withdraw the circulation of our client's nude photograph from your Internet site and/or withdraw the circulation of physical copies of the publication of your forthcoming issue FHM, December, 2011 from the market.'
