The stunning Katrina Kaif made her first red carpet appearance at the ongoing 68th Cannes Film Festival in a stunning Oscar de la Renta gown.
And to say that it was the most amazing sight would be putting it mildly.

Katrina Kaif, 31, currently sporting red hair for her role in Abhishek Kapoor's upcoming romantic drama Fitoor, looked magnificent in her Oscar de la Renta strapless number and wavy hair.
She kept the make-up minimal and completed the look with a pair of tear drop diamonds earrings and a thin diamond bracelet.
K atrina's famously comfort-oriented style back home in India usually draws a lot of flak for not trying hard enough but has served her well in the French Riviera!
She attended the premiere of the French film La Tete Haute (Standing Tall) on the opening day of the festival.

To our utter surprise, Katrina picked this rather sexy and casual Milly number for her daytime photocall and press interviews.
She rounded off the look with Manolo Blahnik heels and jewellery by Maria Francesca Pepe.

While the festival organisers have banned selfies on the red carpet this year, here we spot Kat try her hand at one with Cannes veteran and Academy award-winning actress Julianne Moore.
“You never look as ugly as you do in a selfie,” Cannes film festival director Thierry Fremaux had said, explaining one reason for the “ban” to The Hollywood Reporter.
Katrina shares the red carpet with fellow L'Oreal brand ambassadors Fan BingBing (in a cape gown) and supermodel Karlie Kloss (far right, in a cutout white number).
'An unforgettable start,' she tweeted while on her way to the screening.
Earlier in the day, the Bang Bang actress gave press interviews at the lavish Hotel Martinez in Cannes.
