A scene from TadakhaThe Tamil film, Vettai, directed by Linguswamy starring R Madhavan, Arya, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul was a huge hit last year.

Vettai is now being remade in Telugu as Tadakha with Naga Chaitanya, Sunil, Tamannaah Bhatia and Andrea Jeremiah. It’s directed by Kishore Kumar Paradasani (better known as Dolly who had helmed the Siddharth-Tamannaah starrer Koncham Ishtam Koncham Kashtam a few years back). The film is produced by Bellamkonda Suresh.

Chaitanya and Tamannaah are working together in Tadakha for the second time after their enormously successful 100 % Love directed by Sukumar in 2011

Kishore Kumar and Deepak Raj have written the screenplay to Linguswamy's story and the dialogues are by the director himself and Vema Reddy.

SS Thaman composes music for this film. Andrew Wilson is the cinematographer and Gautham Raju is the editor. The film will release this Friday, May 10.
