A scene from ViswaroopamWhen Kamal Haasan made Mumbai Express in the digital format, it was a first in India. In another of his films, Dasavatharam, he essayed 10 roles.

He has always done something new in all his films.

His next film Viswaroopam will have Auro 3D sound. In a press release he said, "As a technology, Auro 3D is extremely exciting, and it will take the movie-watching experience to new heights. I'm very happy that we will be bringing Auro 3D to our audience through Vishwaroopam."

The time taken to install and assimilate the Auro 3D
sound platform in theatres is much less compared to other new technologies.

"There are a good number of theatres and theatre owners who have stepped forward with a very progressive mindset and we are very happy to be facilitating the entry of my friend Wilfried's (American Wilfried Van Baelen, who pioneered Auro 3D) technology to Indian film fans," Haasan's press note says.

Viswaroopam is produced by Haasan's company Raj Kamal International in association with PVP Cinema.
