Three directors, M Padmakumar, Diphan and Vinod Vijayan have teamed up to make a three film omnibus titled D Company.
The Bolivian Diary by M Padmakumar, Gangs of Vadakkumnathan by Diphan and Day of Judgement by Vinod Vijayan are the three films in the portmanteau.
Each film is of approximately 45 minutes duration. The cast includes Fahadh Faasil, Jayasurya, Asif Ali, Unni Mukundan, Anoop Menon, Samuthirakani, Ananya, Bhama and Tanusree Ghosh.
“The basic mood is action and the stories have one link—they are based on crime,” says Vinod Vijayan.
The shooting of the first two films was completed a few months ago. The third one wrapped up recently.
D Company is produced by Seven Arts Mohan and Vinod Vijayan. Cinematography is by Bharani K Dharan, Vinod Illampilly and Pappu.
