The Brad Pitt starrer British-American apocalyptic thriller film, directed by Marc Forster, raked in over $540 million at the box office and rounds off the top 10.

8. Thor: The Dark World
The Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman starrer superhero movie Thor: The Dark World raked in a cool $627 million at the box office.
7. Gravity
Universally acclaimed space drama, directed by Alfonso Cuaron and starring Oscar winners Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, Gravity did a worldwide business of $652 million.

Despicable Me 2 soared ahead in the list with $912 million in box office collections.
The film sits at number two on this list.
1. Iron Man 3
Robert Downey Jr starrer Iron Man 3 grossed a whopping $1 billion, racing to the top of the list.
