Action movies can never go out of vogue. And as if to stress that, we have quite a few coming up in the next few months.

R... Rajkumar

Prabhu Dheva showed the way for action films with his Hindi directorial debut Wanted that redefined the meaning of the genre.

Now, with R... Rajkumar, the director hopes to score again, with Shahid Kapoor in the lead, as well as his favourite leading lady Sonakshi Sinha.

Dhoom brings with it a lot of style and thrills.

With the first two installments being a big hit, it's time for the upcoming third part to share a similar fate.

With Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif taking over the show, this team looks set to win.

Though Salman Khan's Jai Ho has been in news even before the film was announced, it's surprising that the first teaser is yet to come out, as the film is scheduled to release next month.

Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are expected to create havoc in the film, that promises a fair share of action and drama.

For director Ali Abbas Zafar, this is a complete departure from the candyfloss cinema that he created with Imran-Katrina-Ali starrer Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

The film is being pitched as a romantic action comedy, what with Sonakshi Sinha, Yaami Gautam and newcomer Manasvi Mamgai stepping in as leading ladies.

Akshay Kumar returns in an action avatar with Holiday, which is a remake of the hit Tamil movie Thuppakki.

With A R Murugadoss as the man behind the camera, one waits to see if the action goes many notches over his work in Ghajini.

Buzz is that Hollywood stuntman Greg Powell, who worked on films like Skyfall and the Harry Potter series, will choreograph some innovative stunts in the film.

An official remake of Tom Cruise starrer Knight and Day, this Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif starrer has been seeing quite a few challenges as far as the shoot is concerned. Hrithik injured himself while shooting for the film and had to undergo a brain surgery.

The shooting schedules have gone off again, as the actor is currently in London for medical reasons.

Director Siddharth Anand has a task at hand to try something so extraordinary that it surpasses the action in the original. With Hrithik here, it should be possible.
