In an ironic twist of fate, at the time revered peace icon Nelson Mandela breathed his last in Johannesburg, his daughter Zindzi and several others were attending the premiere of a film based on his life in London.
Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom, that released a week ago in the US, has been getting very good reviews and has had several special screenings.

The film has been directed by Justin Chadwick, and produced by South African producer of Indian origin, Anant Singh.
Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom traces Mandela's life from his childhood in a remote rural part of South Africa, through his years struggling against apartheid, to his 27 years imprisonment and his election as the country's first black president in 1994.
