Actors alone do not benefit if their films make it to the Rs 100 crore club. Their heroines enjoy the success as well.

Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif sit pretty on the top of the list, but there are quite a few surprises as well.

Here's a look at the hugely successful actresses in the Rs 100 crore club.

Kareena Kapoor

Films: 3 Idiots, Golmaal 3, Bodyguard, Ra.One

Kareena leads the list with four films in the Rs 100 crore club.

It all started with, well, a double century when her film 3 Idiots hit the roof.

It was a dream entry into the club, which was followed by Golmaal 3, Bodyguard and Ra.One.

Her next release Satyagraha has received a mixed response by critics and audiences alike.

Kareena will next be seen opposite Imran Khan in Punit Malhotra's Gori Tere Pyar Main.

Asin

Films: Ghajini, Housefull 2, Ready and Bol Bachchan

Asin made a promising start in Hindi cinema with Ghajini, which was the first ever Indian film to enter the Rs 100 crore club.

Enjoying a largely consistent run, she has scored three more centuries though her role in the male-dominated movies is not much.

It has to be seen if her next with Abhishek Bachchan, the yet untitled affair by Umesh Shukla, is another such film.

Sonakshi Sinha

Films: Dabangg, Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardaar, Dabangg 2

Sonakshi Sinha had a dream debut with Dabangg and from there till Dabangg 2, she scored four centuries.

None of these required any special histrionics though.

She proved her acting mettle with Lootera, which fetched her accolades but the film couldn't do wonders at the box office.

While one waits for her performance-oriented films to score, her Bullet Raja and Rambo Rajkumar (incidentally releasing on the same day) could add on the centuries.

Deepika Padukone

Films: Race 2, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express

Deepika Padukone is enjoying an unprecedented run at the box office.

With three back-to-back films earning more than Rs 100 crores, she is set to be the queen of the Rs 100 crore club.

Her glamour did the talking in Race 2. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express and Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela proved that she could act as well.

Priyanka Chopra

Films: Don 2, Barfi!, Agneepath

While Agneepath and Don 2 were hero-centric movies, Priyanka got a lot of praise for her work in Barfi!.

Her next film is Zanjeer is up for release this week.

Katrina Kaif

Films: Ek Tha Tiger, Jab Tak Hai Jaan

Ever so consistent in the 10 years gone by, Katrina Kaif enjoys the best success rate among her peers with hardly any flops to her name.

In terms of Rs 1 billion hits, she has scored just two -- Ek Tha Tiger and Jab Tak Hai Jaan -- then made a hatrick with Dhoom 3.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Films: Housefull 2, Race 2

She is yet to demonstrate her histrionics on the big screen but as a rising star, who has been making her presence felt in multi-starrers, Jacqueline Fernandez has been doing rather well.

It all started with Housefull 2 and early this year her Race 2 scored a century too.

Her next release is Roy with Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal.

Kajal Aggarwal

Film: Singham

Kajal Aggarwal played a typical Hindi movie heroine, inspiring her hero to go for the kill and bring him out of depression in Singham, and it earned her a coveted place in the Rs 1 billion club.

She was last seen in this year's release Special Chabbis.

One waits to see what Hindi film she picks up next.

Sonam Kapoor

Film: Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

It could well have been a guest appearance for Sonam Kapoor in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag but since she wasn't credited this way, she scores as a Rs 100 crore heroine.

Of course, she may have preferred that her other release of the year Raanjhanaa to do the trick for her, since it received a lot of praise.

Her next is a yet-untitled film with Ayushmann Khurranna.
