With contestant Armaan Kohli getting arrested from the Bigg Boss house for assaulting Sofia Hayat, several celebrities turned to Twitter to express their opinion. Here’s what they said:

Sofia Hayat, meanwhile, thanked her fans for the support: Thank you guys for all your support..you made me stronger and gave me the love to do huh is. I love you. Justice is being done thank you to India police. As an overseas citizen of India..today I'm proud for every woman..and Hindustan.

She also spilled some beans and added: ‘Just figured Andy's game..he talks about the person he wants eliminated like he did about Gauhar today..he is tricking the audience. Vile..Armaan and tanisha making out in huh owner vile! How can anyone kiss him!

Riteish Deshmukh turned 34th birthday today and his colleagues tweeted wishes for him.

His actress wife Genelia Deshmukh wished him on Twitter and wrote: ‘Happy Birthday Navra @riteishd . May you have the bestttttesttttt Bday ever and the Bestttestttt year ahead.’

Despite being unwell, filmmaker Farah Khan is shooting non-stop for her upcoming film Happy New Year.

Shah Rukh Khan praised her and tweeted: ‘Going back home after a long & fun day at shoot. Poor director was unwell but still kept on working without rest. That's why Farah is Farah.’

Farah Khan quickly replied: ‘Thank u shah..only actor I could trust 2 take the last 2 shots without me..I'm much better now! See u at shoot.’

Meanwhile, Boman Irani shared a picture of Farah from the sets and tweeted: ‘My captain @TheFarahKhan was sick yesterday. Topped with meds she stoically marshalled her troops. Sick yet strong.’ 

The film will also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Sonu Sood.

Actor Tusshar Kapoor is all set to produce a horror comedy film co-starring Ajay Devgn. The film will be a remake of the South blockbuster Kanchana.

Scriptwriter Milap Zaveri congratulated him and tweeted: ‘Soooo happy for my friend @TusshKapoor A wonderful human being and a talented star now turns producer! Ull ROCK! :)’

Co-produced by Tusshar’s friend Shabina Khan, the film will be directed by Raghavan Lawrence.

Student Of The Year star Varun Dhawan, who is currently shooting for his next film Main Tera Hero, shared a still from the film and tweeted: ‘For everyone asking the official poster of meinterahero will be out sometime mid jan2014 and film releasing on April 4.’ 

The action comedy is being directed by his father David Dhawan.
