Saif Ali Khan has been in showbiz for nearly 13 years, but he was never so hot as he is now.

After Kal Ho Naa Ho and Hum Tum, Bollywood believes Saif is now one of those few actors who can carry a film on his shoulders.

News Editor (Entertainment) Syed Firdaus Ashraf spoke to the actor about his new film Parineeta, his insecurities, his personal life and other issues:

I always wanted to be a bankable star but that never happened earlier. I think things come to you when they have to. It feels great to have a choice of roles to play.

I feel the most important thing for me is the respect I have earned. I have always felt success is simply the respect you get in life.
