Yesteryear superstar Rajesh Khanna was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati hospital on Saturday evening due to weakness, a week after being released from there, sources close to him said.
"He is in the hospital," a source told PTI.
Sources close to the actor said that he was shifted to the hospital due to weakness. Khanna's estranged wife Dimple Kapadia and daughter Rinkie are with him.
Earlier, on June 20, it was reported that Khanna had stopped taking food. But the next day, he emerged at the balcony of his home and waved to his fans.
Soon after that, on June 23, he had to be admitted to the hospital due to exhaustion and weakness. He was discharged on July 8.
In April, he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital for three-four days after he complained of uneasiness and exhaustion.
Khanna had recently appeared in his first TV advertisement for Havell's fan, directed by R Balki.
