Last week's release Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji had a poor opening but improved considerably over the weekend. However, the collections dipped as the new week started. The film's 'A' certificate has also affected the collections to some extent.
Meanwhile, Dhobi Ghat made the most of the Aamir Khan brand and did reasonably steady business at select multiplexes.
Yamla Pagla Deewana did very well in north India, in its second week.
