Looking back at the best of Ash, in Cannes.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been making gorgeous appearances at the Cannes International Film Festival for years now. In fact, this year marks her 15th year at the fest.
She has experimented with her looks, hairdos, makeup and outfits over the years, and while some have been AWESOME, others haven't been as good.
Here's taking a look at Ash's different avatars on the Cannes' red carpet, over the years.
Aishwarya made her debut at Cannes in 2002 at the premiere of her film Devdas. Her co-star in the film Shah Rukh Khan accompanied her.
Ash chose close pal and designer Neeta Lulla to design her outfits for the 2003 Cannes red carpet, but they were a major fail, and Ash got some major criticism for it.
But she won all the praise back the next year, with this Neeta Lulla-designed revealing dress that showed off the best of her.
The gorgeous actress opted for this black Gucci dress in 2005 and looked stunning!
Ash opted for black in 2006 too.
Abhishek and Aishwarya made their first Cannes appearance together in 2007, a month after they got married.
Her bridal glow enhanced her look in this Giorgio Armani gown.
Ash's in-laws Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan (in green) joined the couple in 2008.
Ash opted for a plunging neckline and minimal jewellery, and was the centre of attention.
In 2009, Ash was snapped in this Roberto Cavalli strapless white gown with a short train.
Abhishek made sure to escort her this year as well.
Aishwarya poses for pictures in this Gucci gown in 2010. More pictures here.
Ash wowed audiences with her smoky eyes and Armani Prive dress in 2011.
The actress was pregnant with her first child at the time.
Months after she gave birth to daughter Aaradhya in November, Aishwarya made her Cannes appearance in 2012 in this Elie Saab dress.
Unfortunately, her postpartum weight did not go well with the critics, and her look was heavily criticised.
She managed to win back a bit of praise in her metallic blue gown, pink lips and updo. A bit.
But it was in 2014 that Aishwarya shut up her haters and how.
She looked slim and gorgeous in a golden strapless Roberto Cavalli gown. Gold obviously suits her.
Ash looked pretty in Ralph & Russo dress, as well as THIS awesome red gown.
2015 suited her well, let's see if she rules the Cannes red carpet this year as well!
