No takers for Paathshaala, Phoonk 2

Neither horror nor going to back to school was a hit with moviegoers as last week's releases -- Paathshaala and Phoonk 2 -- fared poorly at the box office.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives us the box office verdict.

	Paathshaala Cast: Shahid Kapoor, Ayesha Takia Azmi and Nana Patekar. Director: Milind Ukey. Has its heart in the right place. Very dull and outdated. Number of weeks: New. BO Verdict: Poor opening. Review
	Phoonk 2 Cast: Sudeep, Amrita Khanvilkar, Rishabh Jain and Ahsaas Channa. Director: Milind Gadagkar Some scenes make you jump. Too noisy. Number of weeks: New. BO Verdict: Very poor opening. Review

	The Japanesse Wife Cast: Rahul Bose, Raima Sen and Chigusa Takaku. Director: Aparna Sen. Takaku and Raima perform well. Rahul lets down the film. Number of weeks: 1. BO Verdict: Flop. Review
	Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai Cast: Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vishla Malhotra and Sonal Sehgal. Director: Milap Zaveri. Jacqueline Fernandez and Vishal perform well. The story could be tighter. Number of weeks: 1. BO Verdict: Flop. Review
	Tum Milo Tho Sahi Cast: Dimple Kapadia, Nana Patekar, Rehan Khan, Vidya Malvade. Director: Kabir Sadanand. Great performance from Nana Patekar and Dimple Kapadia. Forced songs and predictable climax. Number of weeks: 2. BO Verdict: Flop. Review
