Zayed Khan, who will soon be seen in Sangeeth Sivan's Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne opposite Esha DZayed Khaneol, has signed Vashu Bhagnani's new film. Bisaat also stars Deol (Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Kucch To Hai) and Ritesh Deshmukh (Tujhe Meri Kasam).

Apparently, Arjun Rampal was the original choice for Zayed's role. He was apparently dissatisfied with the project and opted out.

'No problem'

During the making of the yet-to-be-released Paanch, writer-director Anurag Kashyap and producer Tutu Sharma are said to have patched their creative differences.

Recent rumours insist the two have fallen out again. Also, their next venture Allwyn Kalicharan is said to have been scrapped. Anurag Kashyap

Kashyap claims otherwise. "I wish people checked with me before writing [these reports]. I don't know who is responsible for this [spreading the rumours]. Everything is fine. We are flying off to Delhi [to shoot for the film]."

The first schedule for Allwyn Kalicharan will begin on April 2 in Noida, off Delhi, followed by a 60-day schedule in July-August, which would mark completion of the film.

"I am still looking for a female character who will play the catalyst in the film. Her character has no romantic involvement. The hero [Anil Kapoor] has not been paired opposite anyone," reveals Kashyap.

Agent Cleo storms Bollywood

Cleo Isaacs' entry in Bollywood has been fairly jinxed. The model-turned-actress walked out of three projecCleo Isaacsts in quick succession -- Padam Kumar's Supari, Hriday Shetty's Plan and Salim Khan's Bullet.

She is now all set to play a FBI agent in Jo Bole So Nihaal. Directed by Rahul Rawail [Betaab, Arjun, Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya..., Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi], the film stars Sunny Deol, Kamaal Khan and Paresh Rawal.

Boom at Cannes

Ayesha Productions' Boom will premiere at the Cannes film festival on May 16. Directed by Kaizad Gustad [Bombay Boys], Boom stars Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Zeenat Aman, Madhu Sapre, Padma Lakshmi and Hollywood's Bo Derek.
