Bollywood innings for Tendulkar?Sachin Tendulkar

Sangeeta Aahir, ex-wife of Sudhakar (Saajan) Bokade has reportedly fixed on cricketer Sachin Tendulkar to play a key role in her film, Sab Golmaal Hai. The film also stars Sharman Joshi and Sahil Khan.

Aahir claims Tendulkar has heard the script. If all goes well, Sachin will sign on the dotted line after returning home from the World Cup.

Another Holi song for ABAmitabh Bachchan

Remember Amitabh Bachchan's playful rendition of Rang barse in Yash Chopra's Silsila? Bachchan has now lent his voice to yet another Holi song in Ravi Chopra's Baghban.

The film also stars Hema Malini, Aman Varma, Divya Dutta and Suman RanganathanSalman Khan and Mahima Chaudhry pitch in with a special appearance.

Director's choice, Priyanka ChopraPriyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra is said to be the hottest newcomer in Bollywood.

Director Anil Sharma, who directed her in The Hero, says, "She is the new toast of Mumbai's film circuit. She looks good in Western and Indian outfits. I am sure she will make a mark."

Filmmaker Suneel Darshan, who cast her opposite Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta in Andaaz, feels, "Priyanka is not only beautiful and intelligent, but also has an amazing screen presence."

K C Bokadia, who produced Ek Haseena Ek Deewana with her and Govinda, says, "We have umpteen good actresses and performers. Priyanka is one of them. But what I like most about her is her humility and professional approach. She is very cooperative and quick with her work. We have managed to complete my film very fast because of her."

Nayak, Khalnayak and now Daya NayakNana Patekar

Nana Patekar will play Daya Nayak in Ram Gopal Varma's Ab Tak Chappan. The film is based on the real life story of police official Daya Nayak, who was involved in 56 encounters.
