SRK bounces back

After undergoing a successful spinal operation in London, Shah Rukh Khan will head homewards on MarcShah Rukh Khanh 21.

Soon after his return, he is expected to dub for his home production, Chalte Chalte, which is slated for June 24 release.

Thereafter, SRK will fly to the US and Canada to film Karan Johar's Kal Ho Na Ho. Directed by Nikhil Advani and co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta, Kal Ho Na Ho is expected to hit the theatres mid-December.

Meanwhile, Subhash Ghai and Farah Khan left for London today to meet SRK.

Drop charges, pleads Salman

In his February 7 appearance before the sessions court, Salman Khan pleaded the culpable homicide charge against him be dropped. The actor is accused of running his car into a bakery at Bandra (northwest Mumbai) on September 28, 2002, killing one and injuring three others.

The court adjourned the hearing till March 19. Public prosecutor R V Kini submitted a plea to grant him time to file his reply to the application.

Viveck-Anant's love storyViveck Vaswani

After collaborating for Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar, producer Viveck Vaswani and director Anant Mahadevan will get together for another romantic musical thriller titled Pyaar -- A Page Three Story.

The film introduces model Iqbal Khan as the protagonist. The rest of the cast are yet to be finalised. The film will mount the sets in July with a start-to-finish schedule.

From Raja Babu to Raja Bhaiyya
Govinda
After a spate of flops like Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare, Pyaar Deewana Hota Hai and Chalo Ishq Ladaye, Govinda will star in Raman Kumar's Raja Bhaiyya opposite Aarti Chhabria (Awaara Pagal Deewana).

The music for this comedy has been scored by Nadeem-Shravan and the first song, Tu jo has has ke sanam, has already been picturised on the lead pair.
