Classic Marathi film Pinjara has been restored and re-released in theatres and Aamir Khan is going to watch it.
'Just got to know that PINJARA, V Shantaram's last film, has been restored and re-released in theatres,' Aamir tweeted.
'We don't often get to see films of one of our great film makers in the theatre! I'm definitely going for it! Don't miss it! Love. A,' he added.
The film, which is a loose adaptation of the first major German sound film Der Blaue Engel, was also released in Hindi with the same title. Directed by V Shantaram, Pinjara stars Shriram Lagoo, Sandhya, and Nilu Phule.
