Karisma's husband files case against her

Karisma Kapoor was sent a notice on August 5 by the Delhi High Court in a case filed by her husband Sanjay Kapur.

It is rumoured that the former actress learnt of her husband dating someone else at Delhi's hot spots.

After the delivery of her daughter in Mumbai a couple of months ago, she has not

returned to Delhi. She also recently acquired a passport for the baby from Mumbai's Regional Passport Office.

Sanjay has objected to this because the passport of a minor has to be issued with the consent of both parents. The Delhi High Court has stopped Karisma from using the passport and has sent her the notice. It has also said that Karisma cannot take her baby out of the country.

The matter will be heard further on August 12.
