What are Manveer Gurjar, Prince Narula, Urvashi Dholakia up to?

Shilpa Shinde won Bigg Boss 11 after lasting on the show for 105 days.

Shilpa is a popular television actress thanks to her daily soap Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai and the controversy that was spawned by it.

How much has Bigg Boss helped its winners down the years?

Manveer Gurjar
Season 10

The small town boy won the big prize in 2017.

Manveer later participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8.

He also signed his first film, Aaj Ki Ayodhya, and posted a photograph from the first day on the sets on Instagram, above.

 

Prince Narula
Season 9

Prince is a reality show veteran after winning MTV Splitsvilla 8, MTV Roadies 12 and Bigg Boss 9.

After winning Bigg Boss, he bagged his first acting role and made a debut with the television show, Badho Bahu.

He was also a part of the show Squad Rann with Rannvijay Singh, and a couple of music videos.

Prince has apparently gotten engaged to his Bigg Boss housemate Yuvika Chaudhary.

 

Gautam Gulati
Season 8

Gautam was known for his role in the television serial Diya Aur Baati Hum.

Later, he appeared in Rakesh Mehta's short film Darpok, which was screened at Cannes.

After he won Bigg Boss he bagged his first Bollywood film, Azhar, where he played Ravi Shastri.

Last year, he starred in Behen Hogi Teri with Rajkummar Rao and Shruti Haasan.

 

Gauahar Khan
Season 7

Gauahar's career didn't see a major uptick after her Bigg Boss triumph.

She had done dance numbers in films before the show and continues doing them.

She also participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi and made guest appearances in later seasons of Bigg Boss.

She hosted the music reality show, Raw Star and appeared in films like Fever and Begum Jaan, above.

 

Urvashi Dholakia
Season 6

Urvashi is probably best known for playing Komolika Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

After winning Bigg Boss in 2013, she starred in the comedy show Badi Door Se Aaye Hai.

She now plays Queen Iravati in Chandrakanta.

 

Juhi Parmar
Season 5

First noticed in Kumkum: Ek Pyaara Sa Bandhan, Juhi wed actor-businessman Sachin Shroff a couple of years before entering the Bigg Boss house.

After winning Bigg Boss in 2012, Juhi had a baby girl the next year and gave up show business to focus on her family.

She returned to television last year with a lead role in Karamphal Data Shani. Juhi has now filed for divorce to end eight years of marriage.

 

Shweta Tiwari
Season 4

Shweta was the first lady to win Bigg Boss.

After her marriage to Raja Choudhary ended in a bitter divorce, she did television and films, Bollywood and Bhojpuri.

In 2013, Shweta married actor Abhinav Kohli and is now busy being a mum again to her son Reyansh.

She is also grooming her 17-year-old daughter Palak for a Bollywood debut.

 

Vindoo Dara Singh
Season 3

Soon after winning Bigg Boss, Vindoo was embroiled in an IPL betting scandal.

He has since done television shows and films like Jatt James and Balwinder Singh... Famous Ho Gaya.

Vindoo now plans a biopic on his famous father, Dara Singh.

 

Ashutosh Kaushik
Season 2

After winning Bigg Boss, Ashutosh did movies like Kismat Love Paisa Dilli and Zilla Ghaziabad.

He then shifted to television and featured in episodes of Comedy Circus: Chinchpokli to China and Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.

After his showbiz career didn't really take off, Ashutosh moved to Delhi where he owns a restaurant, Dhaba.

 

Rahul Roy
Season 1

The Aashiqui star continued to do films and turned producer in 2011.

He has now shifted his focus to politics; Rahul enrolled in the BJP last November.
