'If you don't get married, it's not a crime. If you do, it's not an achievement either.'

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is a busy man.

After featuring in a cameo in the recent Housefull 4, he takes up a lead role in Motichoor Chaknachoor, a romantic comedy opposite Athiya Shetty.

The film will be followed by his next Netflix series called Serious Man and then an international film called No Man’s Land.

Though the National Film Award-winning actor has the hugely successful Web series Sacred Games on his resume, he is not happy with the new content coming up on the various OTT platforms.

“They are creating trash now. They are making content that is dustbin-worthy,” Nawaz tells Rediff.com Contributor Mohnish Singh.

Motichoor Chaknachoor is Nawaz's next romantic role after Photograph.

It tells the story of a girl, who dreams of marrying an NRI and a desperate man, who wants to get married as soon as possible.

After doing mostly dark films, Nawaz wants to try his hand at fun family films so that his little daughter Shora can watch his films too. Motichoor Chaknachoor -- a film with a unique take on arranged marriage -- is his first attempt in this direction.

What does Nawaz think about marriage?

What does he think about the Web series churned out these days?

Why did Sacred Games Season 2 go so wrong?

Nawaz answers all this and more in this video.
