'Will RSS leave no reputation intact?'
While RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat continues to receive flak for his controversial remark on Mother Teresa, celebrities turned to Twitter to share their views:
Dia Mirza: Shame on you #MeenakshiLekhi you contort personal faith/work to validate a statement that should be condemned. Actually you know what? I am ashamed. Of our thoughts, our actions and our words. My father was Catholic, my mother is a Bengali, I was raised by my Muslim step father and I'm married to a Hindu. I am Indian.
Pritish Nandy: 3 Nobel Prize winners under a cloud. Mother Teresa accused of conversions. Amartya Sen, of being useless. Pachauri, of molestation. Will RSS leave no reputation intact?
'Mother Teresa gave shelter (and a life) to over 300 people I sent her who were dying on the streets. Mother Teresa also gave me my life's most precious gift. My eldest daughter who came into my life when she was 6 days old.
'In Kalimpong. Every destitute, every homeless and terminally ill person I sent Mother Teresa died safely ensconced in his or her faith. No conversions.'
Anubhav Sinha: Can we delete the alphabets R and S from English language pl?
