The irreverent ceremony was held at a modest Santa Monica hotel conference room a day before the 76th Annual 
Academy Awards at the plush Kodak Theatre, Los Angeles. The awards night attracted the largest audience in recent years.
Razzie founder John Wilson began with an ode to The Cat In The Hat.

-Sylvester Stallone, who has been nominated 30 times over 24 years, took his tenth honour for his five roles in Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.
-Special Governor's Award for Distinguished Underachievement: Travis Payne, the choreographer of From Justin to Kelly, a record on American Idol.
-And the crowining glory: Worst Excuse For An Actual Movie (All Concept/No Content): The Cat In The Hat.
Oh, and none of the winners attended.
