The four-month long wait for the next Indian Idol winner ended on August 15.

And it was none other than the fans' favourite, Sreeram Chandra from Hyderabad, who won the fifth season of the singing reality show.

The talented youngster impressed the judges and fans alike so much with his versatility and flawless voice that he never was in danger of elimination throughout the show.
