Tamannaah said, "After Happy Days, I got a good break with Ayan. I saw the film in Pollachi (a town in Tamil Nadu) and later in Mumbai and found that people enjoyed it in both the places.
It has mass appeal. The story is fast-paced and fun with twists and turns. I am a big fan of Surya and I thank Anand Sir for giving me the opportunity to do the film."
