Keka is another love story from you. Is it a triangular one? What inspired the story?
I don't know. Suddenly you get a spark. That's when you write the story. The trigger for Jayam was Jurassic Park. As far as Keka is concerned, I saw a poster somewhere and that triggered the story. It took me six months to write the script.
Considering all my debacles, I analysed why some films didn't do well. So I changed the whole approach and treatment. I have attempted a new style of screenplay. The audience is taken into the screen. Sometimes one will feel the film is caressing, touching, pushing, pricking and shocking.
I wanted to shock the people in two-three places. There is no blood, no violence but there is tension. I have intertwined two stories. The script starts from frame one itself. Generally in films, the characters are established and it takes a while for the story to start. But in mine it's not so. This film will make the viewer think through it.
