Apparently there was an RD Burman song in danger of being axed by the filmmakers because it seemed impossible to choreograph.
Kapoor heard this and started flailing his limbs about in a bizarre akimbo manner, with his characteristic high-energy and mad expressions. The song, Aaja Aaja, became iconic. That's how cool this guy was.
