How did you form the band? Why did you even want to make a band?
Paresh: We got together to produce the Kailasa album. That was an opportunity to create a team. When Kailash sang Allah Ke Bande [in the film, Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II], we were called for shows and advertisements. This called for a band. Kailash always wanted to make a band.
Naresh: Kailash always told us that we must have a band, and do live shows together. Paresh and I started off as live performers -- we would sing as well as compose our songs -- so live shows were our first love anyway. We were quite excited about having a band and doing live shows.
Kailash: It all happened so suddenly that I did not get time to ask them if they were interested or if they had the time. Now, I have reached a point where I do not ask them about their timings and if they are free. I just tell them 'we are doing this, at this time'.
