Or like Biswajeet-Asha Parekh's reincarnation drama, Bin Badal Barsat or Jeetendra-Reena Roy-Moushmi Chatterjee melodrama, Pyaasa Saawan acts as a metaphor.
There's no dearth of raunchy 'n' rainy titles like Monsoon or Rain either, which more often than not point out at the intimate times shared by the hero-heroine under the pretext of bad weather.
