Do you have any regrets in life?
I regret every moment in my life because I grow beyond it. But I do not regret making films.
Is it true that you do not like your own films once you have made them?
Yes. When I cannot contribute anything more to it, I get bored with it. It is not about creativity, it is about being a different person. At the time of writing and execution, I am a different person. Later, other factors may influence me, for better or for worse. When I look at my earlier films, I do not like them the same way as I did when I made them.
Why did you react to critics' about Sarkar Raj?
I did not act differently. I just used a medium called the blog. I used that to put my point of view across. If the critics have the freedom to say what they feel, then I do not see any reason why I cannot do the same.
