Looking to cash in to the fever of the World Cup 2007, Milan Luthria (of Kachche Dhaage and Taxi No 9211 fame) released his comedy Hat Trick.

The film, starring Paresh Rawal, Nana Patekar, Danny Denzongpa, Kunal Kapoor and Rimmi Sen, was about the cricket craze in India.
