Are you sad that you sold Damania Airlines? The airline industry has grown so much.
No, I'm happy I sold out at the right time. Though there is a lot of consolidation now, market forces will always be there and so you don't have to worry about a monopoly or cartelisation.
Are you still involved with the airline industry?
I was the Executive Director of Kingfisher Airlines but now, I am an advisor there. Film production occupies my time now.
What do you think makes a movie a hit?
Proper planning, keeping within the budget and a good story.
What else are you planning?
Besides producing films, we will also release films that others make. So, we will be the presenters as well.
