What is it about Genelia that made you cast her?

I wanted to work with Genelia but did not have a script. I saw her in Bommarillu and thought she was good. I wanted to make a film with her but she was busy with other films. When my script for Sasirekha Parinayam was ready, I could see my Sasirekha in Genelia. I was able to get her finally for Sasirekha Parinayam. She carried off the role with conviction.
