Though the shooting of the film started in April, 2006, it has not yet been released because of financial difficulties.
Since Vikram usually shoots for one film at a time, he spent his free time attending functions. So, in the last two years, his fans saw him more on newspapers and television channels than in movie theatres.
Now that the film shooting is over, and the post production work has started, Bheemaa has become one of the films to look forward to in 2007.
