SRK: King Khan

This is one of the books that was seen less in India and more overseas.

The book, by well-known journalist Deepa Gahlot, was originally released in German in 2006, and was meant for foreign audiences.

In 2007 the English version of it, SRK King Khan, was released.

The book tells the story of an outsider to Mumbai who took the Hindi film industry by storm.

SRK fans may not find much that they don't already know about their idol, but this book satisfies the large legion of fans who are smitten by the superstar but don't study his life with the passion of a quizmaster.
