Oram Po is the story of the auto drivers of Chennai and the drag races that take place on the highways outside the city in the early hours of the morning. The protagonist Chandru played by Arya is an auto racer. Oram Po in Tamil means 'Move out of the way'.
But what is unique about the film is that it is directed by husband and wife duo -- Pushkar and Gayathri.

How did the idea for the film come about?
Actually we have been working together for a long time, right from our college days at Loyola. We were in advertising for a long time. Then, we did ads together. So, it was but natural for us to work together in a feature film too. When we started working on this film, we didn't know this is unique but then it has aroused the curiosity of the press from then on.
