She is now known as Himesh Reshammiya's heroine but the little girl of Koi Mil Gaya grew up to be the heroine of Telugu actor Allu Arjun first.
Her debut as heroine was in Puri Jagannath's Telugu film Desamuduru. She played Vaishali, a sanyasin, in the film.
Puri Jagannath's earlier film was the blockbuster Pokkiri, and Desamuduru also became a hit despite critics panning it.
