Ee Bandhana, Kannada's Diwali gift
Vijayalakshmi Singh brushes away the talk that Ee Bandhana is the remake of Baghban.
"Come on, even Baghban is the remake of the Kannada film, School Master released in late fifties. And School Master was the remake of a Marathi film, which was based on a Hollywood film. I am sure most of the filmmakers are inspired by this particular Hollywood film made in the forties."
