On the sets of Khoya Khoya Chand

Stars' reputations have a way of preceding them -- more so because of their inaccessibility. One such star is Shiney Ahuja, who is known for his so-called arrogant ways.

But Sudhir defends the actor saying that he has yet to learn the art of diplomacy.

"Some tags just stay," Shiney says. "For convenience, people slot you as a particular type and then everything you do is turned around to fit the image they have created. I don't care about what people say. I am doing my work with the passion and dedication needed and will continue to do so."

"There was a report about me drinking only juices on the sets. I was recovering from typhoid and my doctor told me to drink juice. How can this be called a tantrum? My staff loves me. They will do anything for me. What I have realised is that irrespective of all the negative stories that come up, the film offers are only getting better," the actor continued.

"How do I equate that? If I refuse a film, the person is only going to say bad things about me. I can only do four-five films a year at this point of time. Eventually, I will not even do that many. I am accepting four or five from 20 offers now. When I say no, people build stories," he added.
