AB and his baby have worked in quite a few films like Bunty Aur Babli and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom. But they carried their real-life parts on screen only for Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar and Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. And what a fine pair they make.

So far it's been an interesting contrast. In Sarkar, Abhishek's Shankar is respectful, loyal, protective and in awe of his intimidating albeit charismatic father. Their chemistry was warm at the core but intense on the surface.

While KANK saw Big B play a raunchy big daddy to the hilt with his guilt-free womanising ways, alternately embarrassing his comparatively sober son.
